Purity guaranteed
All OrenkaFine jewellery meets the standards set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Every piece is hallmarked for gold purity, with its HUID printed right on your invoice.
The Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) is a six-digit alphanumeric code, unique to every single piece of jewellery assigned and hand-stamped at the Assaying & Hallmarking Centre at the time of hallmarking. You can look it up any time on the official BIS portal or the BIS Care app.
Our diamond jewellery carries its SGL certification alongside the gold hallmark, so both the metal and the stone are independently verified.
Change of heart
Live with your purchase at home, and if it isn't quite right, sending it back is easy. We offer an exchange or a full refund within 8 days of delivery, processed once our QA team has inspected the piece and return shipping is on us.
To be eligible, jewellery must be unworn, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.
Engraved or customised pieces aren't eligible for return or exchange, though our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback still applies.

Your jewellery is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep, and we work only with reputed, established courier partners. Every order is made to order and dispatches within 7 days of payment confirmation, then packed in a tamper-proof box and sent straight to you free of charge within Mumbai, with charges applicable for delivery outside Mumbai typically arriving 2-3 business days after dispatch.
